Award-Winning Australian Masterchef Shaun Presland has cultivated his culinary skill for over 25 years, under the training of some of the world’s most esteemed Japanese chefs. For Pacific – his first London restaurant – he brought over not only his precision knife skills, but also his Aussie attitude and sense of fun. I created the branding to reflect this unique mix, by balancing an elegantly crafted wordmark with a cute & characterful pufferfish.
