Dishoom’s founder Shamil Thakrar is an avid collector of vintage Indian memorabilia, and self-confessed type fanatic. His passion for design and detail shows in the delicious food and beautiful interiors of his restaurants, and even extends to internal staff documents. For this project, I was tasked with creating the identity, web and print materials for the ‘Seva Walla Awards’ – Dishoom’s take on Employee of the Year.
